SHED LATES: OPEN MIC

Lend Me Your Ears

Wednesday 20 August, 8:30pm
The Devon-based spoken word, poetry and storytelling event arrives at Fringe for one night only! Join host Arran R Hawkins for an evening of original poetry, spoken word and storytelling by Fringe acts from across the city.

Get involved! If you have an original piece of writing you wish to perform, email arranrhawkins@gmail.com to request a spot, or simply turn up and put your name in the hat for an Open Mic slot. And if you don’t want to read, just come and enjoy the atmosphere and listen to the readers.

LEND ME YOUR EARS is an Open Mic Spoken Word, Poetry and Storytelling platform based in Devon, England. Run by Arran R Hawkins (Black is the color of my voice, Lost In The Woods, After The Service) this event gathers writers from across Devon who wish to share their original story’s, poems, words etc. Arran is a frequent visitor to the Edinburgh Fringe as a writer and performer. This is LEND ME YOUR EARS debut event here, and we hope you can join us for an hour (or so) of words from the writers who wrote them.
